Carpentr/plumber

**Job Title**: Technician (Carpenter/Plumber)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily maintenance tasks including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and systems.
- Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and report major issues to supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support in managing hotel energy systems and water consumption efficiently.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the workshop and equipment storage areas.
- Be available for emergency repairs and on-call duties as needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
