Your Role at Vantive

· Administer and maintain ALM tools including Tricentis qTest, VERA, Neoload, and TOSCA across global environments.

· Ensure seamless integration of Tricentis tools with enterprise systems such as JIRA and CI/CD pipelines.

· Provide technical leadership in test management architecture, tool configuration, and validation support.

· Manage user access, roles, and permissions across tools, ensuring compliance with GxP and audit requirements.

· Collaborate with global IT and QA teams to support tool upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.

· Lead troubleshooting and resolution of tool-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to testing operations.

· Drive automation enablement and tool adoption across business units and geographies.

· Work in a global role supporting a "Best Place to Work" company with significant technology investments and a strong focus on quality and compliance.

 What You Will Be Doing

· Serve as the primary administrator for Tricentis tools (qTest, VERA, Neoload, TOSCA) and ALM platforms.

· Configure and maintain tool integrations with JIRA, test automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.

· Support validation efforts by ensuring tools meet regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., GxP).

· Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and validation documentation for tool usage.

· Provide technical support and training to QA, DevOps, and business users.

· Monitor tool performance, usage metrics, and license compliance.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align tool capabilities with project needs.

· Participate in agile ceremonies and support sprint-based testing workflows.

· Lead tool-related incident management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

· Continuously improve tool configurations, workflows, and reporting capabilities.

· Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to evaluate new features and roadmap alignment.

 What You'll Bring

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

· years of experience in software quality and tool administration, with a focus on Tricentis

tools.

· Deep understanding of test management, automation, and validation processes.

· Hands-on experience with qTest, VERA, Neoload, TOSCA, and ALM platforms.

· Strong knowledge of GxP compliance, SDLC, and software validation lifecycle.

· Proven ability to lead tool implementation and support across global teams.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

· Passion for continuous improvement and innovation in quality engineering.
