We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Relations Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that all inquiries, issues, and feedback are handled professionally and efficiently. Your goal is to provide an excellent customer experience, maintain long-term relationships, and represent our brand with integrity and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact point for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain and update customer records and databases with accurate information
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, support, operations) to ensure customer needs are met
  • Provide feedback from customers to management to help improve products and services
  • Assist with administrative duties related to customer service and office operations
  • Prepare reports on customer interactions, issues, and trends

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Pay : 12k to 15k

Job Location : Trivandrum
