About the Role

We're looking for a passionate Back End Developer with a strong foundation in Python and experience in building scalable backend systems for high-traffic applications. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of D2C or e-commerce platforms and can work across the stack to build performant and user-centric digital experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).
  • Build, document, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  • Work with relational and non-relational databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
  • Manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
  • Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and agile ceremonies.
  • Translate business needs (especially around e-commerce post order flows like checkout, payment, order management, etc.) into scalable tech solutions.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • 4-6 years of experience as a backend developer with a strong backend focus.
  • Strong academic background graduates from Tier-1 institutes (IIT, IIM, ISB, NIFT, NID, NIT, etc.) preferred.
  • Proficient in Python (Django, FastAPI, etc.).
  • Experience working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
  • Solid understanding of AWS services and cloud infrastructure best practices.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce
  • Strong debugging, optimization, and system design skills.
