Ciel HR is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about talent acquisition and possess a strong ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. You will specialize in hiring for roles within the Mfg,Automobile sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Meet hiring targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, specifically in any of the following sectors: Mfg, Automobile.
