Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume hiring, particularly within contact center environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs for contact center roles (Customer Service, Telesales, Support, etc.).
Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate fit based on job requirements and organizational culture.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years proven experience in non-IT recruitment, especially in contact center or BPO hiring.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
