Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across various departments such as sales, marketing, operations, finance, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for non-IT roles using multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, and networking).
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and reference checks.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Prepare and share offer letters and manage the onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future openings.
  • Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks for non-IT roles.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (or strong interest) in recruitment for non-IT roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple openings simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
