Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across various departments such as sales, marketing, operations, finance, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for non-IT roles using multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, and networking).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and reference checks.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Prepare and share offer letters and manage the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future openings.
- Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks for non-IT roles.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (or strong interest) in recruitment for non-IT roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple openings simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
