Key Responsibilities :

  • Build secure, scalable, high-performance React Native apps for Android & iOS.
  • Implement modular architecture, reusable components, and clean code practices.
  • Ensure AppSec compliance with OWASP Mobile Top 10 (e.g., SSL pinning, encryption).

Must-Have Skills:

  • Engineering mindset: SOLID principles, modular code, TDD, performance optimization, clean error handling.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in React Native with production apps (preferably banking/fintech).
  • Proficient with React Navigation, Redux/Zustand, Context API, TypeScript, AsyncStorage, REST/GraphQL, and native module integration.
  • Strong knowledge of secure coding: device binding, AES/RSA encryption, secure local storage.
  • Familiar with CI/CD, CodePush, Firebase Crashlytics, and performance tools.
  • Daily use of AI tools like Copilot/Cursor AI for code assistance and productivity.
  • Proficient in JIRA, Agile methodology, and capable of interacting with clients for requirement gathering, demos, and feedback loops.

Good to Have :

  • Banking domain knowledge.
  • Experience in Native Android/iOS for custom modules.
  • Prior contributions to SDKs, shared NPM modules, or micro-frontend architecture.
