Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Developer with hands-on experience in React Native to design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for large-scale e-Governance platforms. The role involves developing secure, high-performance mobile applications that integrate seamlessly with backend APIs, support real-time data exchange, and operate efficiently in field environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mobile UI/UX implementation, API integration, and adherence to accessibility, security, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for Android and iOS environments.
  • Integrate mobile front-end with RESTful APIs, authentication services, and secure data exchange frameworks.
  • Implement real-time features such as live verification, instant notifications, and analytics integration.
  • Ensure high performance, offline functionality, and scalability of mobile apps across varied device configurations.
  • Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and UI/UX teams to ensure end-to-end technical alignment.
  • Assist in the design of reusable components, state management, and efficient rendering for optimized app performance.
  • Implement mobile application architecture using MVVM or Clean Architecture principles to ensure modularity, scalability,

    and ease of testing.
  • Ensure compliance with GIGW 3.0, WCAG 2.1, and CERT-In security standards for mobile applications.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipeline integration for continuous deployment and updates.
  • Support pilot deployments, troubleshoot issues, and assist in version upgrades or feature enhancements.
  • Document technical specifications, release notes, and best practices for ongoing maintenance and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development with React Native.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React Hooks, and Redux or other state management libraries.
  • Experience with RESTful API integration, JSON handling, and OAuth-based authentication.
  • Familiarity with native modules (Android/iOS) and bridge integration where required.
  • Understanding of mobile app security, data encryption, and secure local storage.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and mobile build tools (Gradle, Xcode).
  • Knowledge of mobile accessibility, offline caching, and error handling best practices.
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within Agile or Hybrid delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based app hosting and monitoring frameworks (Firebase, AWS Amplify, or equivalent).
