Role & Responsibilities

  • This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role within Inside Sales / Sales Development.
  • The role requires hands-on experience in cold calling, cold emailing, and lead generation.
  • Responsible for generating a high volume of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) to support opportunity creation targets.
  • Track and monitor all opportunities generated for assigned accounts until they progress through the sales pipeline and reach closure.
  • Plan, organize, and manage campaign calendars for assigned industries or verticals, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure relevant sales and marketing assets are prepared and available prior to campaign launches.
  • Manage campaign messaging across multiple offerings, ensuring consistent and effective communication tailored to each target segment.
  • Develop clear and compelling campaign-specific talking points, including qualifying questions, value statements, and outcome-driven messaging.
  • Execute high-volume outbound calling to senior stakeholders (Director, VP, and CXO levels), navigating gatekeepers effectively through strong relationship-building skills.
  • Engage multiple decision-makers within an account to secure meetings and advance conversations.
  • Analyze organizational structures to identify and connect with CXO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders.
  • Continuously expand and enrich the prospect database across functions through structured research.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key buying roles within each target account, including:

  • Economic Buyers

  • User Buyers
  • Technical Buyers
  • Influencers and Internal Coaches

  • Support sales and business unit leaders in identifying, building, and prioritizing target account lists.

  • Conduct detailed account and market research using tools such as LinkedIn, Google, Hoovers, and other data sources.
  • Map target accounts comprehensively, including organizational hierarchies, shared services structures, leadership teams, and relevant competitive intelligence.
  • Assist in the development of account plans by documenting key stakeholders, decision-makers, and reporting structures across business units and leadership levels.
