Responsibilities:

  • Plan and design balanced meal menus in line with the companys nutritional standards and food guidelines.
  • Train and guide kitchen staff and chefs on recipe execution, portion sizes, and presentation.
  • Lead operations in assigned city locations, ensuring cooks follow company-approved methods and standards.
  • Oversee quality, taste, and nutrition consistency across all kitchen outlets.
  • Educate cooks and assistants on basic nutritional facts, hygiene, and safe food preparation practices.
  • Coordinate with management to innovate new recipes and menu variations.
  • Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth teamwork between nutrition staff and cooking teams.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or related field.
  • Experience: Freshers welcome (any background), provided they have basic knowledge of nutrition and willingness to learn.
  • Skills:

  • Strong understanding of nutritional values, food groups, and meal balancing.

  • Ability to train and lead teams effectively.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Passion for food, fitness, and customer well-being.
