Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Human Resources Manager located in Maharashtra, India. The Plant HR Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all HR functions at the plant level. Daily responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company protocols. The role also involves fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring employee relations, and addressing grievances effectively, while collaborating with management to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations
  • Proficiency in Compliance Management related to labor laws and regulations
  • Strong skills in Performance Management and HR Data Analytics
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership abilities
  • Proven ability to improve organizational culture and drive strategic HR initiatives
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in an HR role within manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred
  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is an advantage
