Proficiency in data profiling, mapping, cleansing, and data analysis using excel and SQL. ? Data analysis skills with the capability of identifying data quality issues, risks, root causes and correlating those issues with data specifications, rules and offering /facilitating recommendations for remediation plan solutions. ? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. ? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to evolving data management requirements. ? Strong communication, project management, writing and presentation skills. ? A good understanding of the CPG/Retail industry and products is preferable. ? Experience with Data Governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Axon, IDQ) is preferable ? Basic proficiency in Databricks and Azure Cloud fundamentals would be added advantage Skillset: ? Advanced proficiency expected in Microsoft Excel ? Intermediate proficiency expected in SQL. ? Basic proficiency expected in python ? Intermediate proficiency expected
