Job Brief:
Job Responsibilities:

- We are hiring an MDM Senior Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on leading MDM platforms.
- Design and configure MDM solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
- Develop data models, match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and business validations. Implement workflows, user interfaces, and data stewardship functionality.
- Build integrations with ERP and other enterprise systems using ETL, APIs, or middleware.
- Optimize performance and ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and testers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Primary Qualifications:

- Hands-on expertise in MDM Hub configuration, IDQ, EDC, or equivalent tools.
- Strong skills in SQL, ETL, and integration technologies.
- Experience with data governance and stewardship processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize MDM performance.

Technical Skills:

- Stibo STEP Certification (preferred). Experience with cloud-based MDM solutions and data lake architectures.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven data matching and enrichment. Knowledge of Retail, Manufacturing, CPG, or Healthcare data domains.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From ₹5,500,000.00 per year
