About Us
We are setting up a new garment manufacturing unit and our areas of focus are job work orders and own production.
Currently looking for an experienced Master Tailor to lead cutting, stitching and overall production team.
Role: Master Tailor
You will be responsible for supervising cutting, stitching, and finishing, while ensuring high-quality garment output. This is a core leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day stitching and production flow
- Cut fabric manually with precision
- Stitch sample pieces and guide helpers/sewers
- Train and supervise junior tailors & helpers
- Ensure measurement accuracy and quality control
- Manage finishing/packing workflow
- Maintain machines and handle minor adjustments
- Work closely with owner for production targets
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 to 7 years experience in tailoring
- Strong knowledge of pattern making, garment construction & fitting
- Skilled in men's, women's, and kids wear
- Ability to handle industrial sewing & overlock machines
- Strong leadership and communication
- Ability to work fast with quality consistency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mogappair, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
