Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Financial Operations

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, BOQs, and project costing.
  • Handle billing and invoicing activities.
  • Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
  • Assist in profitability analysis and cost control.

Contracts & Documentation

  • Review and manage contracts, work orders, and amendments.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Maintain commercial records, agreements, and project documentation.

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate with the purchase team for material procurement.
  • Compare vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
  • Assist in vendor negotiations and finalization.
  • Track purchase orders, deliveries, and vendor payments.

Project Coordination

  • Support project planning from a commercial perspective.
  • Monitor project progress related to billing milestones.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering (EEE or E&C).

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in commercial/project coordination roles.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of commercial and contractual practices.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting.
  • Good analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and documentation tools.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
