Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, developing and delivering technical presentations, conducting product demonstrations, understanding and addressing customer needs, and driving sales of Luna Technologies' products. Daily tasks include liaising with potential clients, providing customer service, and preparing and submitting detailed technical proposals and reports.

Qualifications

  • Sales Engineering and Sales skills
  • Technical Support and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts
  • Proven experience in a sales engineering role or similar technical sales position
  • Experience in the industrial automation industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
