  • KPI's creation for Noventiq and other companies for Noventiq. Propose best practices.
  • Darwin Box PM & C&B Module Implementation, Improvement in current process along with integration.
  • R&R policy implementation and support for all Noventiq India companies.
  • Salary Ranges for All Position Internal and External Benchmarking ~ One Noventiq India.
  • Support in creating bonus plan for Quarterly and Annual sales performance review.
  • Participate in Compensation Survey and prepare market benchmarking for organization.
