Key Responsibilities

  • KPI's creation for Noventiq and other companies for Noventiq. Propose best practices.
  • Darwin Box PM & C&B Module Implementation, Improvement in current process along with integration
  • R&R policy implementation and support for all Noventiq India companies
  • Salary Ranges for All Position Internal and External Benchmarking – One Noventiq India
  • Support in creating bonus plan for Quarterly and Annual sales performance review.
  • Participate in Compensation Survey and prepare market benchmarking for organization
  • M&A Integration – C&B Related Support
  • Salary Increase Cycle Policy creation and process
  • Offer and Retention Support for market benchmarking and process to TA and HRBP's
