Fashion Consultant – In-Store
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Fashion Consultant to enhance the shopping experience at our retail store in the mall. The ideal candidate will assist customers with fashion choices, provide expert styling advice, and help drive apparel sales while ensuring the store reflects the brand's aesthetic and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner when they visit the store.
- Assist customers in selecting apparel and accessories that suit their style, body type, and preferences.
- Provide personalized styling recommendations, keeping up with the latest fashion trends and customer needs.
- Ensure attractive and organized product displays, mannequins, and overall store appearance to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle sales transactions using POS systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, product assortment, and competitor offerings.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive customer service.
Skills & Requirements
- Passion for fashion, styling, and helping customers look their best.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience in retail, customer service, or personal styling (1+ year preferred).
- Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude.
