Stylz is an instant styling app designed to provide Gen Z and Millennial users with personalized fashion advice and curated looks in real time. Our goal is to make style accessible, relatable, and unique for every user. We're looking for a creative and passionate stylist who can contribute to making Stylz a top styling app.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Personalized Style Consultations

  • Provide real-time fashion advice and recommendations to app users.
  • Engage with users to understand their style preferences, needs, and unique fashion goals.
  • Create personalized looks and style tips based on users' body types, occasions, and current fashion trends.

Content Creation and Trendspotting

  • Curate and develop style boards, mood boards, and lookbooks to inspire and guide users.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends, seasonal styles, and brands.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, such as style guides, articles, and social media posts.

Brand and Product Recommendations

  • Recommend clothing items, accessories, and brands that align with users' preferences and fit their budgets.
  • Maintain a curated database of brands and collections suited for different user profiles.

Collaboration with Tech and Product Teams

  • Work closely with the development team to improve user experience and suggest features or tools that could enhance the styling process.
  • Provide feedback on app functionality from a stylist's perspective, focusing on user interaction and style delivery.

User Engagement and Feedback Analysis

  • Interact with users and collect feedback to understand their satisfaction and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze user data and feedback to refine and personalize future styling recommendations.
  • Analyze customer data to curate fashion recommendations based on body shape, preferences, and trends.
  • Work closely with developers to refine AI styling algorithms and enhance user experience.
  • Research and stay updated on emerging fashion-tech trends, including digital fashion, virtual styling, and AR/VR try-ons.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Styling, Fashion Technology, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of fashion trends, styling techniques, and various fashion brands.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with and understand users.
  • Familiarity with digital tools for mood board creation, lookbook organization, and content management.
  • Ability to work in a tech-driven environment and adapt to emerging fashion technologies.
  • Understanding of data analytics in fashion styling.
