Job Summary:

We are hiring a Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at our project site in Saravanampatty. The ideal candidate should be responsible, proactive, and capable of handling workforce, materials, and timelines efficiently while ensuring work quality and site safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain site safety standards and resolve on-site issues.
  • Liaise with engineers, contractors, and management for smooth workflow.
  • Manage labor attendance, materials, and daily progress reports.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction or related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read drawings and handle day-to-day site challenges.
  • Local candidates preferred.
  • Experience: 0–1 years (freshers with site knowledge may also apply).

Salary: ₹15,000 per month + Travel Allowance
