Role Description

This on-site, full-time position is based in Bengaluru for an
ERP Implementer
. The role involves managing and executing ERP system implementation projects, including conducting requirements analysis, configuring ERP software, and ensuring seamless integration into customers' workflows. Additional duties include providing user training, troubleshooting technical challenges, and supporting clients post-implementation to ensure the successful adoption of systems. The ERP Implementer will also collaborate with internal teams to improve solutions and processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and business process automation, with experience in implementation and system integration
  • Proficiency in conducting requirements analysis, solution design, and configuring ERP software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues during project execution and post-implementation
  • Good communication skills to interact with clients and explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Experience in providing user training and support to ensure successful system adoption
  • Relevant education, such as a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with MSME business processes and challenges would be an added advantage
  • Project management skills and an ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
