Shrey Sharma

Founder's Office Mission

The Founder's Office functions as Zangoh's internal "special forces." Working side-by-side with Shrey and senior leaders, you will drive projects such as:

• Growth & Sales Operations
  – analyse pipelines, craft pitches, and track key metrics.
• Product & Delivery
  – shadow client calls, document requirements, and keep projects on target.
• Market Intelligence
  – research competitors, emerging tech, and partnership opportunities.
• Strategic Initiatives
  – coordinate cross-functional OKR reviews and prepare leadership briefings.

This role offers a panoramic view of how a GenAI scale-up operates while letting you leave fingerprints on everything from go-to-market strategy to partner research.

What You'll Do

Your Day-to-Day

• Own mini-projects end-to-end—plan, execute, and deliver.
• Transform unstructured problems into clear analyses, dashboards, or playbooks.
• Prepare concise leadership briefings and client collateral with crisp storytelling
• Observe key meetings, capture decisions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Experiment, learn, iterate—then document processes for scale.

• Provide leadership with data-driven insights to steer growth initiatives.
• Strengthen Zangoh's positioning as the partner of choice for enterprise AI transformation.

• Fresh graduate / 0-2 yrs experience in a rigorous field (engineering, business, economics, analytics, liberal arts—we care more about mindset than major).
• Demonstrated
  bias for action
  —internships, campus initiatives, side projects, or entrepreneurial ventures.
• Sharp
  analytical thinking
  and proficiency with spreadsheets / basic data tools.
• Storytelling ability
  —clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Curiosity for startups, AI, and how technology reshapes industries.
• Willingness to relocate to Indore and work onsite (high-bandwidth learning through proximity).

• Basic exposure to SQL, Python, or BI tools.
