Role Description

Are you the go-to person for launching mission-critical financial tools? Do you love transforming client requirements into smooth, successful rollouts—and thrive when everything "just works"? At
bluecopa
, we're building the next chapter in modern finance automation. We need an Implementation Lead who is equal parts project quarterback, tech translator, and client champion.

What Your Days Will Look Like

Orchestrate complex implementations for top-tier fintech players, from kickoff to post-launch celebration.

Own the onboarding: Understand client needs, shape detailed plans, and configure our platform perfectly.

Be the steady hand guiding clients through every milestone, keeping timelines and expectations clear.

Work with Product, Engineering, and Success teams; you are the first to tackle blockers.

Spot gaps and invent better tools, templates, and frameworks to boost future client success.

Train finance and operations teams to become Bluecopa experts, supporting them from pilot to production.

Track implementation health (timelines, issues, wins) and report results clearly and proactively.

Manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring every launch is seamless.

This Role Is Perfect If:

You know your way around financial workflows, onboarding processes, and fintech software.

Project management is your second language. You navigate multi-team, high-stakes projects like a pro.

You have 3+ years of experience in Fintech, SaaS, or ERP implementation.

You've managed tricky launches and successfully united stakeholders to get things done.

You'll Stand Out If You Have:

Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Blackline, or similar financial automation tools.

PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications.

Familiarity with API integrations, data mapping, and agile environments.

Expertise with Excel, Jira, and Confluence.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's in Finance, Business Administration, IS, or similar.

Strong business analysis, documentation, and client training skills.

Outstanding communication, from boardroom presentations to technical walkthroughs.

Analytical mind, attention to detail, and ability to stay cool under pressure.
