Product Specialist LPDT- RA & Kayad

Job Description:

  • Training of operators and mechanics on our products.
  • Follow-up of technical issues.
  • Follow-up field tests.
  • Document everything in accordance with our documentation requirements.
  • Assessments of use and condition on equipment.
  • If necessary, repairs of equipment.
  • Provide training material.
  • Teach about correct use of equipment, systems, and functions to internal personnel.
  • Participate in various development projects.

As an employee in Epiroc you are responsible for the total quality, which among other things involves.

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

  • Degree or / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical/ Production/ Automobile Engineering; 10 to 12 years in preferably in underground machines.
  • Desirable with experience from working with electronics and control systems such as technicians, connectors or instructors/teachers.
  • Certificate of apprenticeship/or technical vocational school with marketing, construction, mechanical or similar experience.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Good skills in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and SAP.
  • Good English skills both in writing and orally.

Key competencies required for this role:

  • Good customer contact.
  • Good overview of internal and external customer's needs is a necessity to prioritize the tasks.
  • Good communication skills both internally and externally.
  • Pedagogical characteristics.
  • A willingness to always see possibilities for improvement.
