Job Title: SAP FICO Trainer

Location: Kalyan

Experience Required: 3+ years (SAP FICO + Teaching/Training)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Trainer to join our institute in Kalyan. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in SAP FICO modules along with strong teaching experience. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, mentoring students, and preparing them for real-time industry projects and interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions on SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling).
  • Teach core concepts such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and more.
  • Design and deliver training modules, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
  • Ensure students gain hands-on experience through real-time scenarios and practical exercises.
  • Track student progress and provide personalized guidance during practice sessions.
  • Prepare students for interviews, certification, and job readiness.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO functionalities, updates, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the academic and placement team to ensure quality training outcomes.
  • Maintain a positive learning environment and resolve student queries effectively.
  • Conduct revision classes, mock interviews, and doubt-clearing sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation/support.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of teaching or corporate training experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial business processes and SAP integration points.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners at different levels.
  • Certification in SAP FICO (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of real-time business scenarios and project workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
