Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive located in Kolkata. The Back Office Executive will handle day-to-day back office operations, including managing office activities, supporting sales and finance teams, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. Responsibilities also include maintaining records, handling data entry, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of the office.

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Sales and Finance processes
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
