Job Title: HR Executive (Security Agency Experience Only)

Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in HR role within a security agency

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR professional with a strong background in the security services industry. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR responsibilities including recruitment, compliance, payroll coordination, deployment management, and employee relations, specifically tailored to the unique requirements of a security agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Source, interview, and hire security guards and other support staff
  • Conduct background verification and document verification
  • Ensure timely onboarding and deployment of personnel at client sites
  • Attendance & Payroll
  • Monitor guard attendance and leave records
  • Coordinate with accounts for salary processing and deductions
  • Maintain records for overtime, shift changes, and site rosters
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations (ESIC, PF, PT, etc.)
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and contracts
  • Liaise with government bodies and auditors as required
  • Employee Relations
  • Resolve grievances and handle disciplinary actions professionally
  • Maintain healthy employee relations across all levels
  • Conduct periodic site visits to ensure employee satisfaction
  • Training & Development
  • Conduct induction programs for new hires
  • Assist in training programs focused on discipline, conduct, and service standards
  • Coordination with Operations
  • Work closely with field officers and operations managers
  • Assist in workforce planning and manpower allocation as per site requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Proven HR experience specifically in a security agency
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, PF/ESIC, and compliance
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, manpower-intensive environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.Com./BBA) or PG Diploma in HR or related field
  • Familiarity with guard management software/tools is a plus
  • Experience dealing with clients and handling deployment logistics

Pay: Up to ₹47,063.83 per month
