Position: US Recruiter Non IT Recruitment
Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and driven US Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment for our US clients. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good knowledge of US hiring practices, and the ability to close positions quickly across IT and Non-IT domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, submitting profiles, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates.
- Source top-quality talent through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), social media, networking, and referrals.
- Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical and non-technical skills.
- Negotiate compensation, rate structures (W2, C2C, 1099), and ensure candidate onboarding.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS/CRM regularly.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain a high offer-to-joining ratio.
- Stay updated with US hiring trends, visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT), and compliance norms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment (IT/Non-IT).
- Strong sourcing skills using job portals, Boolean search, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Knowledge of US time zones, rate structures, and onboarding processes.
- Comfortable working Night Shift (US Hours).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on Direct Client / MSP / VMS requirements.
- Good understanding of niche IT skills and technologies.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management abilities.
