Title: US IT RecruiterLocation: Pune, Maharashtra (Onsite)Locals onlyJob Description:We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team based in Pune, MH. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing and hiring IT professionals for contract (W2/C2C) and full-time positions across the United States.Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions — Contract (W2/C2C) and Fulltime roles.Source candidates through various job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Indeed.Review and screen resumes to match job requirements and evaluate technical skills.Negotiate salary/rate, terms, and employment type (W2, C2C, or Fulltime).Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, and follow up on feedback.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients.Work closely with the US Sales/Account Management team to understand job requirements.Maintain an active database of qualified candidates and ensure timely submissions.Required Skills:2–6 years of experience in US IT recruitment.Hands-on experience working with W2, C2C, and Fulltime hiring models.Strong understanding of US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).Good knowledge of IT skills such as Java, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, QA, etc.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work in US time zones (EST/CST/PST).Proficiency with ATS tools, MS Office, and job portals.Preferred Skills:Experience working with Direct Clients, Tier-1 Vendors, or Implementation Partners.Familiarity with VMS tools.Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Computer Science, or related field.Thanks & Regards,Gaurav Mote | Talent Acquisition Specialist Centraprice Corp.Cell: 469 848 1616 – 723 |Email: m.gaurav@Centraprise.com33 Wood Avenue South Suite 600 Iselin NJ 08830https://centraprise.com/
