Role Overview:
  • Provide strategic and analytical support to EM&O2 program for implementation of activities, and monitoring and review of program outputs.
  • Undertake analysis of large datasets to generate insightful reports and dashboards that can inform programmatic decision making.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, briefs, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
  • Closely work with State Lead to support state and district government officials on strengthening of medical oxygen for hypoxemia management.
  • Support in building and strengthening an efficient public health supply chain for essential medicines including development of guiding documents.
  • Active collaboration with government partners to integrate available data sources and build models to quantify and forecast demand for essential medicines distributed by the public sector
  • Support the development of presentations, work plans, budgets, reports, proposals, articles, and other documents for ongoing and new areas.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including knowledge sharing and communications for seamless implementation.
  • Develop strong working relationships with and represent WJCF as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and ensure coordination of resources and effort for maximum impact.
  • Support program management and leadership team with programmatic activities, and evaluation and scoping of other potential intervention areas, as required.
  • Contribute to internal organizational initiatives.
  • Other responsibilities as needed and assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in management, economics, public health, engineering, computer science, statistics, operations research, or a related field.
  • At least three years of professional experience in private or public sector setting/consulting.
Skills & Traits:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, including ability to create persuasive presentations and written reports. Fluency in Hindi and Punjabi is an advantage.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to navigate complex processes and influence decision-making in a professional and collaborative manner.
  • High emotional intelligence, patience, and thoughtfulness even in high-pressure, stressful situations.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within and outside the program states and districts.
  • Experience of working with government stakeholders and familiarity with the Indian public health system/social impact sector in areas of supply chain management will be a plus.
