Job Overview:
The Operations Manager (OM) directs and oversees the operations, processes, and procedures. He is responsible for leading teams, improving productivity, and coordinating cross-functional activities. He should streamline operations across various departments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The Admin & Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative functions and operational activities to ensure seamless business execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Oversee office management, facilities, and vendor coordination.
- Implement and monitor operational processes, policies, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Recruitment, Sales, etc.) for smooth business operations.
- Handle budgeting, procurement, and inventory management.
- Manage contracts, agreements, and vendor relationships.
- Optimize workflow, improve efficiency, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee employee support services (attendance, travel, office resources, etc.).
- Prepare operational reports, MIS, and performance reviews for management.
- Lead a small team of admin/ops staff and ensure productivity.
- Support senior management in planning and executing organizational strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in administration and operations management.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and operations management tools.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in handling compliance, vendor management, and office operations.

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
