Role Summary: The Assistant Manager - HR Generalist will support various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and policy implementation. This role is crucial in maintaining a productive and compliant work environment, supporting both employees and management with HR matters.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR standards
- Assist in payroll administration and benefits management.
- Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
- Maintain training records and track employee progress
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
- Spok for Women employees- POSH
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
- Organize team-building activities and recognition programs
- Support HR initiatives and projects.
- Ensure all welfare benefits at the plant as welfare officer in line with compliance.
- Prepare and maintain employee records.
- Rewards and Recognition.
Requirements:
- 8 to 11 years of experience in HR or a related role and preferably manufacturing plant experience.
- Proficiency/work experience in HR Tool/software (e.g., Workday, HRIS, ADP, Savior etc.)
- Proficient in MS office, power point, excel and word
- Knowledge in Talent Acquisition, MIS and data analysis, Payroll administration and Employee engagement.
- Should be able to read, write and speak in Kannada language which is mandatory.
