We are seeking an
experienced Blockchain Developer
with
4+ years of professional experience
in blockchain and smart contract development, and a solid understanding of
AI/ML concepts
. This is a
full-time on-site role based in Kanpur
. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying blockchain-based solutions while collaborating with AI engineers to integrate advanced, data-driven features.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of blockchain-based applications using Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, or similar platforms.
  • Write, test, and optimize secure and efficient smart contracts (Solidity, Rust, or Go).
  • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent decision-making features into blockchain solutions.
  • Develop APIs, SDKs, and middleware for AI–blockchain interaction.
  • Implement secure decentralized storage and data handling using IPFS, Filecoin, or equivalent.
  • Conduct code reviews, security audits, and performance optimizations for blockchain systems.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in blockchain and AI, recommending innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience
    in blockchain application and smart contract development.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Solidity, Rust, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    AI/ML concepts
    (model deployment, data pipelines, predictive analytics).
  • Experience with AI frameworks like
    TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
    is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of

  • Proven knowledge of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and blockchain security best practices.
  • Experience leading or mentoring development teams is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Practical experience integrating AI features into decentralized applications.

  • Knowledge of DeFi, NFTs, DAO ecosystems, and tokenomics.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted smart contract auditing tools.
