Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Chandigarh for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator. The role will primarily focus on managing and growing our LinkedIn presence, with the opportunity to expand into other platforms over time. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media calendars, and building brand visibility online. Daily tasks will include drafting and designing posts, monitoring trends, engaging with the audience, and aligning social media efforts with the firm's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Numus's LinkedIn page and presence.
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging posts (graphics, captions, short videos, articles).
  • Use
    ChatGPT and other AI tools
    to generate, refine, and repurpose content ideas.
  • Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ways to increase visibility.
  • Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community engagement.
  • Track and analyze basic social media performance metrics.
  • Work closely with the team to align content with overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong interest and skills in
    content creation
    (writing, basic design, or video editing).
  • Ability to effectively use
    ChatGPT
    or similar AI tools for content creation and idea generation.
  • Understanding of
    LinkedIn marketing
    and social media trends.
  • Good communication and storytelling ability.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in financial services is a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but skills and creativity will be prioritized.
