Role & responsibilities

  • To ensure the issuance, revision, archival and retrieval of all quality documents but not limited to Formats, Log books, Protocols, LNBs etc.
  • To ensure timely closure of self-training in all required activities ongoing as well as future which are to be monitored by Quality function.
  • Ensure maintaining daily planning with work status for self-activities which needs to be share on daily basis with management.
  • To ensure Good Documentation Practices and Good Laboratory Practices all across R&D by conducting regular R&D rounds under the guidance of senior person.
  • To ensure control on issued documents and master documents including maintaining of archival room for proper tracking of all documents.
  • To scan the master documents and maintain archival of scanned copy in the system.
  • To ensure practicing of Quality systems all across R&D including Quality assurance department.
  • To participate in internal audit of QA and ensure compliance of observations.
  • To review all quality log book on monthly basis for closure of all entries.
  • Preparation, review and training of departmental SOPs as per current guidelines.
  • To provide training to new employees for quality systems including quality SOPs and to monitor over all training process. Wherever applicable training/retraining to be imparted to cross functional team members.
  • To review and approve qualification documents (IQ, OQ, PQ) and monitor the qualification, re-qualification and validation of instruments/equipments at R&D.
  • To conduct internal quality audits of cross functional departments.
  • To review protocols and reports of analytical method validation, verification and method transfer activities of all departments.

Preferred candidate profile

2-4 years in Quality Audit , Statutory Audit , Internal Audit

Strong communication, product presentation, and rapport-building skills.
