We are seeking a dynamic and professional female staff member to manage the flagship store of our high-end luxury bridal couture brand. The ideal candidate will serve as the face of the brand, ensuring every client interaction reflects sophistication, exclusivity, and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day store operations with a focus on premium hospitality.

  • Upsell and cross-sell bridal couture products to enhance client experience and drive revenue.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective PR and follow-ups.

  • Supervise and manage inventory, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment.

  • Conduct quality control checks to maintain the highest brand standards.

  • Manage back-office functions including order processing, billing, and reporting.

  • Coordinate with the design and production team for customer customization requirements.

Requirements

  • Female candidate with a confident and polished personality.

  • Fashion Graduate – degree/diploma in fashion design, technology, or fashion management is mandatory.

  • Prior experience in the luxury fashion industry is strongly preferred.

  • Proficiency in fashion design software suites and digital tools.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹24,000.00 per month
