Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Power Platform Developer
We are seeking a talented Power Platform Developer/Consultant with Years of experience to deliver innovative business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem — Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and related Microsoft 365 services. The ideal candidate will have a balance of technical expertise and consulting skills, capable of building applications, automating workflows, and leveraging Copilot to drive productivity and intelligent automation.
Responsibilities

•    Design, build, and maintain business applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).

•    Automate workflows and optimize processes using Power Automate.

•    Build, enhance, and maintain business insights dashboards in Power BI.

•    Develop and extend conversational solutions using Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).

•    Embed and leverage Microsoft Copilot capabilities (e.g., Copilot in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft 365) to deliver AI-driven business value.

•    Integrate Power Platform with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and third-party systems.

•    Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

•    Conduct solution demos and workshops with business stakeholders.

•    Ensure governance, licensing compliance, and security best practices across solutions.

•    Provide post-deployment support, enhancements, and documentation.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications

•    Years of hands-on development experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

•    Strong experience with Dataverse, SQL, and SharePoint as data sources.

•    Understanding of Microsoft Copilot (M365 Copilot, Power Platform Copilot, Copilot Studio) and ability to design/use AI-driven assistants.

•    Experience integrating Power Platform with Dynamics 365, Azure Functions, APIs, or external systems.

•    Knowledge of solution design, deployment, and troubleshooting.

•    Strong communication and problem-solving skills to interact with stakeholders.

•    Ability to work in agile project delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    Exposure to AI Builder and generative AI within Power Platform.

•    Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API management.

•    Knowledge of governance frameworks for Center of Excellence (CoE) setup.

•    Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, AI-related badges) are a plus.

Education

•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
