Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and customize Power Apps(Canvas and Model-driven apps) to meet business requirements.
  • Integrate Power Apps with Microsoft Dynamics365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and other data sources.
  • Create Power Automate (Flow) workflows toautomate business processes.
  • Collaborate with Dynamics 365 functional andtechnical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Power Platformsolutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues andprovide ongoing support.
  • Prepare technical documentation, solutiondesigns, and user manuals.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Power Platformand Dynamics 365 features and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1 year of hands-on experience in Power Platform(Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE /CRM modules.
  • Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Azureconnectors.
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, andJSON (for Dynamics 365 customization).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills :
  • Experience with Power Pages or Power VirtualAgents.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization usingplugins or workflows.
  • Familiarity with Agile / DevOps practices.
  • Microsoft Certification in Power Platform orDynamics 365 (PL-100, PL-200, etc.).
