Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Manager located in Pune. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing the efficient transportation, storage, and distribution of goods. Daily responsibilities include managing supply chain processes, inventory control, procurement operations, and logistics strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of materials. The role also entails coordinating with vendors, monitoring customer service performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management to optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes
  • Strong skills in Inventory Management and Procurement to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost control
  • Customer Service expertise to address client needs and maintain high levels of satisfaction
  • Ability to handle multitasking, problem-solving, and team coordination effectively
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and planning abilities
  • Experience working with ERP systems and knowledge of industry regulations is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
