CLS India is launching the country's most ambitious peer-to-peer fundraising movement, mobilizing everyday citizens to raise funds for mental wellness, emotional support, and community healing.

As the
P2P Community Manager
, you will not be doing traditional fundraising.

Your role is to
build, activate, motivate, and energize
a national community of citizen fundraisers — students, volunteers, professionals, creators, and everyday people.

You will run the engine that converts sign-ups into active fundraisers, keeps them inspired, tracks their progress, and builds a high-energy movement across India.

This role is fully focused on P2P community operations —
no retail, no tele-calling, no F2F, no grants.

Key Responsibilities

P2P Program Ownership

• Build and run India's largest citizen-led P2P fundraising movement

• Manage the full lifecycle: sign-ups → onboarding → activation → motivation → retention

• Plan monthly P2P challenges, sprints, and national fundraising campaigns

Fundraiser Acquisition & Activation

• Recruit and onboard 500–6,000 fundraisers annually

• Welcome new sign-ups, send toolkits, and verify activation

• Run activation Zoom calls and WhatsApp-based onboarding journeys

• Build message scripts, handbooks, templates, and fundraising guides

Daily Engagement, Motivation & Community Energy

• Post daily motivation, recognition, and success stories

• Run WhatsApp communities with high energy and fast response

• DM slow performers to encourage them

• DM top performers with recognition

• Manage leaderboards, badges, shout-outs, and weekly contests

• Build a culture of accountability, progress, and celebration

Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Track fundraiser progress in sheets & dashboards

• Monitor funnel health (sign-ups → YES → activated → fundraising live)

• Review drop-offs and fix weak points weekly

• Provide daily & weekly reports to leadership

• Collaborate with tech to automate repetitive tasks

Collaboration & Partnerships

• Work with marketing to get campaign assets, short videos, and storytelling

• Coordinate with volunteer teams for referrals

• Support partnerships with colleges, youth clubs, corporates, NGOs

• Help create and maintain a national community identity & energy

What You Bring

3–6 years in community management, volunteer leadership, youth movements, ambassador programs, or grassroots campaigns

Experience running WhatsApp/Telegram communities or large online groups

Strong project management skills with ability to run high-volume operations

Excellent communication: warm, energetic, motivating

Data-driven mindset (tracking, funnels, Excel/Sheets, KPIs)

Passion for mental health & community transformation

Bonus if you have:

• Led campus ambassador programs

• Run community sprints or challenges

• Done edtech/NGO/community operations

• Built youth or volunteer networks

• Managed online engagement at scale
