Freedom to experiment, learn, and grow with us.About the role:Key Responsibilities Ownend-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle— vendor onboarding, master data management, purchase requisitions/orders, GRN & invoice matching, invoice processing and payment coordination. Managevendor relationships, vendor queries, discrepancies,and ensurecomplianceand documentation accuracy. Collaborate acrossprocurement ,warehouse , and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and process alignment. Generate and maintain P2P-related reports (open POs, invoice ageing, vendor reconciliations, payment status, etc.). Identify and drive process optimization initiatives to improve P2P efficiency and reduce delays.Who we're looking for? Strong understanding of fullP2P process (PR → PO → GRN → Invoice → Payment). Prior experience withERP/procurementsystems (e.g.Oracle, Business Central, etc. ). Excellent vendor management, coordination,communicationand problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and stronganalyticalmindset.
