Role: Techno-Commercial Packaging Development Specialist (On-site, Bengaluru)We are looking for a techno-commercial professional to lead the development of smart, sustainable, and cost-efficient packaging for PlayShifu products. This role combines packaging engineering with commercial ownership, supplier coordination, and P2P process management.Key Responsibilities- Develop primary & secondary packaging with focus on engineering feasibility, cost, and manufacturability - Manage cost workings, BOM accuracy, cost optimization, and supplier price negotiations - Handle end-to-end P2P processes: RFQs, supplier onboarding, PO tracking, and invoice closure - Conduct packaging R&D, material selection, testing, and quality validation - Collaborate with Product, Sourcing, Operations, and Marketing teams for on-time project delivery - Explore and implement sustainable packaging solutions - Troubleshoot packaging issues and drive continuous improvementQualifications- Degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field - Strong skills in packaging engineering, KLD design and Development - Experience in developing primary & secondary packaging for consumer products - Techno-commercial exposure: costing, negotiations, sourcing coordination - Experience with P2P operations and documentation - Detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative - Language proficiency: English and Hindi (Mandatory) - Experience in consumer products, toys, or electronics is an advantage
