Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Officer located in Raebareli. The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling agrochemical products to farmers and distributors, building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying market opportunities, and providing after-sales support. The role includes conducting field visits, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to conduct market research and identify opportunities
  • Customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Willingness to travel and conduct field visits
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in agrochemical sales is must
