Role and Responsibilities
Initiate daily, weekly, and monthly sales planning
Effectively communicate individual and team goals to the team and plan accordingly
Follow the daily sales plan for yourself and your team for all market activities
Ensure regular follow-ups to track team progress and make improvements as needed
Ensure proper planning and resource availability for all market activities; coordinate with the branch manager for activities involving other branch staff
Maintain daily sales efficiency by ensuring the team updates leads in the daily sales report
Call NPA customers regarding outstanding payments
Generate new business and ensure productivity every month
Obtain referrals from all customers, improve customer satisfaction to increase retention
Conduct one-on-one discussions with customers to understand their profiles; provide information to the credit team to reduce fraud cases
Improve branch sales efficiency and effectiveness
Conduct appropriate sales planning activities in the field to enhance customer engagement
Obtain referrals from all customers and call/SMS all leads to increase conversion rates
Re-engage past/HNI customers who have closed their accounts to bring them back to SBFC
Follow up on interest recovery for each customer to reduce penalty charges and enhance customer loyalty
Attend all training sessions on policy and process changes as required
