Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Developer located in Navi Mumbai. The Lead Developer will be responsible for leading and managing the development of web applications, overseeing back-end and front-end development processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful deployment and maintenance of projects. Daily tasks include writing clean, scalable code, implementing new features, optimizing performance, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
