Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Node JS Lead Developer located in Navi Mumbai. The Node JS Lead Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance and scalable web applications. Day-to-day tasks include leading development efforts, coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining code quality, and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. The developer will also mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.

Qualifications

  • 5+ Years of Strong proficiency in and JavaScript/ES6+
  • Expertise in MySQL, MongoDB, and Oracle (schema design, optimization, complex queries, indexing)
  • Experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services
  • Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture
  • Proficient in database performance tuning and query optimization
  • Hands-on experience with error handling, logging, and debugging in
  • Knowledge of API security practices (JWT, OAuth, data validation, encryption)
  • Understanding of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
  • understanding of Low-Level Design (LLD) and High-Level Design (HLD) principles
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on scalable, maintainable, and efficient backend solutions
  • 11- Experience in system design, microservices architecture, and distributed systems concepts
  • 12- Ability to analyze, debug, and optimize complex backend workflows under high-load scenarios
  • 13- Proficiency in Git with collaborative branching and release strategies.
