Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Node JS Full Stack Developer based in Navi Mumbai. The Node JS Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, maintainable code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing UI/UX designs, and ensuring the responsiveness and performance of applications.

Qualifications

1-Strong proficiency in and JavaScript/ES6+

2. Expertise in MySQL, MongoDB, and Oracle (schema design, optimization, complex queries, indexing)

3. Experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services

4. Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture

5. Proficient in database performance tuning and query optimization

6. Hands-on experience with error handling, logging, and debugging in

7- Knowledge of API security practices (JWT, OAuth, data validation, encryption)

8- Understanding of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)

9- understanding of Low-Level Design (LLD) and High-Level Design (HLD) principles

10- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on scalable, maintainable, and efficient backend solutions

11- Experience in system design, microservices architecture, and distributed systems concepts

12- Ability to analyze, debug, and optimize complex backend workflows under high-load scenarios

13- Proficiency in Git with collaborative branching and release strategies.
