Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and conducting market research to inform business strategies. Key tasks include negotiating contracts, preparing sales presentations, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets. Additionally, the role involves attending industry events and trade shows to network and promote CMK Electro Power Pvt. Ltd.'s products and services.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and market research
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other relevant tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing or engineering sector is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
